SBI Apprentice Exam Date 2026: The State Bank of India (SBI) has released a notification for the recruitment of SBI Apprentice 2026 across various branches in the country. Eligible candidates can submit their online applications from 19th May to 08th June 2026 through the official website at https://sbi.gov.in. Through the recruitment drive, SBI will recruit a total number of 7150 vacancies of apprentices throughout the country. Candidates must have qualified Graduation (BA/B.Sc/B.Com etc.) from any recognized institution or university. SBI Apprentice Exam Date 2026
The State Bank of India (SBI) is expected to conduct computer based test (CBT) for SBI Apprentice 2026 in the August 2026 (tentatively). The examination will be held across various exam centers, candidates can check their respective exam centre on the admit card. The CBT examination shall be set in 13 regional languages, viz., Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Konkani, Malayalam, Manipuri, Marathi, Oriya, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu, in addition to English and Hindi. SBI Apprentice 2026 Salary Structure
Candidates selected for the SBI Apprentice 2026 programme will receive a fixed monthly stipend during the one-year apprenticeship period. Since this is a training programme, apprentices will not get regular employee benefits and allowances. The remuneration details are as;
- Monthly Stipend: Rs. 15,000/-
- In-Hand Salary: Rs. 15,000/-
- Allowances: No DA, HRA, or other employee allowances
- Annual Compensation: Rs. 1.8 Lakhs
- Apprenticeship Duration: 1 Year
